What are the operating hours at Lucky Dog Lodge?

Lucky Dog Lodge is open from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm on Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, we are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

How do I become a client at Lucky Dog Lodge?

Visit our "Book Now" page to register your pet through Gingr, our pet services portal.

Are there certain age requirements for dogs who stay at Lucky Dog Lodge?

Your pet has to be old enough to have received their vaccinations. Aside from that, there are no further age requirements.

What vaccinations are required for my dog to stay at Lucky Dog Lodge?

We require your dog to have received the rabies vaccine, the Bordatella vaccine, and the distemper/parvo vaccine. You will have to show proof of these vaccines from a licensed veterinarian before your dogs are allowed to stay or play.

Do I need to bring anything from home for my dog's stay?

Other than food for our overnight guests, you are not required to bring anything for your dog's stay. If your dog is boarding with us and you do not provide food, there will be an $8 per day charge for food.

Can I contact you after hours if I have questions?

Yes -- you can text us anytime after hours at (501) 499-4133.

How far in advance do I need to book my reservation?

There is no requirement for booking in advance. However, services at Lucky Dog Lodge are on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend you book as far in advance as possible to ensure you have a spot.

When can I drop off and pick up my dog?

You can drop off and pick up your dog any time during our regular business hours. You can also schedule pick up times. Any boarded dog that is picked up after 10am will be an extra charge of $15 per day.

What will my dog be doing during their stay?

When your dog stays with Lucky Dog Lodge, we can guarantee they will receive all day enrichment. This includes outdoor play time several times a day and plenty of human interaction.

Does my dog have to be spayed or neutered to stay at Lucky Dog Lodge?

Your dog does not have to be altered to stay with us, but play time for non-altered dogs will be limited.

Are the dogs separated by size during their stay?

Yes. We want to make sure your dog feels safe while they stay with us, so dogs are separated by size.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Cancellations are allowed at Lucky Dog Lodge. We prefer that you let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking. You can cancel via phone or through your Gingr account.
